Rinse your mouth with a small amount of water. Put a small amount of junior shield toothpaste, about a pea size of a pea, on the head of the toothbrush. insert the toothbrush into your mouth at about a 45-degree angle to the size of your gums and use gentle, short strokes to brush your teeth, rinse and spit out after brushing. you can choose to use a 32care mouth rinse to have better protection and longer fresh breath.
This toothpaste contains Sodium Fluoride. Children of 6 years and younger: use a pea- size amount for supervised brushing to minimise swallowing. in case of intake of fluoride from other sources consult a dentist or doctor.
